 Grape Molasses/ is kept on hand by villagers in cold mountain heights as a sweet and quick source of energy.
Best enjoyed:/ Drizzled over yogurt, hot cereal or pancakes, mixed with tahini as a nutritious spread or dip, or glazed over meat.
Ingredients:/ Natural grape juice reduced by hand.
